with a 'seasonal' theme until 25th November at the earliest; I'm afraid they'll be deleted.

Call me a wet blanket if you like, but I am going to ruthlessly enforce my forum rule on this subject. There's more than enough anticipation going on in the media and the retail industry as it is. We'll join in a month before the event, but not a day before. This forum will be a haven, where you can escape the ridiculous festive frenzy for a while longer.

You're a wet blanket.

You won't get one from me as I'm off to Lanzarote this weekend, just for a couple of weeks though. What I do like about your stand is the way members try to infer the holiday without mentioning the dreaded word. Should we have a prize for the most innotive post?

  canarieslover 18:37 19 Nov 2010

For innotive please read innovative.

Just for the record, what times were the deletion done, did I win the bets;)

  Armchair 19:16 19 Nov 2010

Righto. I'll think of a few for then, then.

You're not a wet blanket.

My earlier post is only half in jest.

You're a breath of fresh air.

Yes I think you won, I lost track at tea-time and they'd gone when I got back.
