Perhaps a word of warning, this is a 7.24Mb pdf download covering 24 pages of approx 12 printouts.

Anything to relieve pain is a good idea, especially if the pain is on a daily basis, when perhaps medication, prescribed or otherwise, is beginning to prove non-effective. But reading though this download, it would appear to be based on Pain Toolkit Workshops, something that might not resolve the issues, after medical help as failed?.

Mind over matter, is perhaps a great incentive on issues of this kind?.

i got this off a charity web site i use, i passed it to the local CBT but they already use it for group theraphy sessions for people in pain. i just posted on pca as several members are in poor health, i have no imput in the content.
