Oven and hob sizes

It's the second time our oven has blown up, the first time I repaired it but it's getting to the age it's not worth repairing, so I've decided to replace it. I'm confused over the sizes, I was under the impression the size was standard, after checking the sizes I think I must be wrong because they all seem different, unless someone can advise me otherwise.

These are the sizes of the apertures click here

Any kitchen fitting experts?

Thanks.

Buy a cooker the same size as your old one? But I'm not a kitchen fitting expert...

That's why I'm asking for an expert. Google for fitted ovens and you'll see what I mean.

This is quite typical click here usually eg ovens are sold as a standard 60cm width, but that is the overall external width not the slot width as you will see from the diagram.

That's exactly what I need, it gives the tolerances which makes it all crystal clear now, thank you.
