Older or More Mature?

I watched the film Mamma Mia the other day.

The first fifteen minutes is mainly of nubile young teenagers (female) cavorting round in very short shorts.

After a while I thought, "How much more of these airheads? When's Meryl Streep coming on?".

Hence my question, am I getting old, or just maturing?

Neither - you didn't like the start of Mamma Mia.

Who's Meryl Streep?

In my case, yes and no in that order

Who's Eric Clapton?

Watched the film, but disappointed, the live show was so much better.
No complaints about the nubile young women though - Meryl can bring me the hot chocolate drink, later!!

Older

Just maturing makes think of smelly cheese.

If you watched it all I just think you are losing it.

Old Fart time I think. Sometimes I think I'm going the same way :-)

"Old Fart time" you say
"lecherous old perv.time" I say when I find myself actually enjoying such things as the first 20 minutes of this sort of show.
