My wife in her 70s has had her mobile cut off by
02 for not using it enough.Only used when on long train journeys on her own, to advise family of any delays. Last used in Sept tried to use it last week cut off.O2 not interested that we normally use mine also with O2.Will not return
the credit unless we buy a new sim card. Views
or experience please, thanks

You will have to read the contract, but it sounds a bit heavy handed to me. I think the small claims court sounds a good route to me, write to them first though so you'll have something in writing.

Load of blinking bullies :-(

I will give you one for nothing, brand new and unopened...

Send me your address through the envelope.

It's quite standard for the network to disconnect inactive PAYG sims. All networks do it and it's available to read in the Terms and Conditions.

O2 sometimes give sims away free I got a few of them for nothing. They are brand new, unopened and I'll gladly send you some if you mail me via the yellow envelope with an address to post to.

...all free of charge to you.

Can you send your address again, the message seems to be blank...

Just click the yellow envelope beside my name and type your address into the message and send it.

It's upto you if you feel obliged to give to charity but I got these things for free anyway.

Thank you.
