So anyone made any yet?

Have you made any in the past and stuck to it?

Last year on this day I vowed to give up alcohol for good and haven't touched a drop since, the only resolution iv managed to keep.

I'm going to try and walk each evening to get the exercise I (sadly) don't get.The aim is a modest 2 miles each evening. Achievable if I really try and force myself to make time for it.

"Last year on this day I vowed to give up alcohol for good and haven't touched a drop since, the only resolution iv managed to keep." that takes some doing, nice one. took me 15 years to stop, done a few years now, and still get a few wobbly moments especially at this time of year.
It's great for me to hear that there is someone else who doesn't drink. well done mate.
my resolution (1900x1200) is to do everything i have put off this year and to stop making excuses for putting things off.
