Does that mean I will never receive my diplomas in 'Parochial perambulation planning' and 'Semaphore for Submariners' ?

It wasn't that dodgy - it did offer some proper courses, but none of them finished.

A bit like one of those part-work publications (collect week by week and keep them in this handy ring binder) advertised after christmas, my modules stopped arriving half way through the course.

It was just a scam aimed at taking money from the Government's Individual Learning Accounts, plus my top-up payment of around £400.

They ended up taking around £16m from students and the Government.
