..Ouch, but I think that will be the eventual outcome.

Doesn't he have to be an MP first?

  octal 08:12 07 Jun 2009

While you are about it, why not make Alan Surgar MP, you're fired!

I was going to say the British Public would never allow it!

But it seems that we have been getting less and less of a say in matters during the past twelve years.

So it could well happen, especially as we have a by-election coming up.

At least we know that we have less than a year to wait before being given a chance to show our feelings in the only way possible to us.

:))

You are correct..who on earth do you vote for?

Bear in mind that Mr Brown has not yet resigned.

But he will.

When I get my ballot papers I will let you know :))

Joanna Lumley for PM

  Armchair 09:46 07 Jun 2009

Definitely time for a general election.

  GANDALF <|:-)> 09:47 07 Jun 2009

Mandelson is the only person I know who could walk under a snake whilst wearing a top hat. If he ever becomes PM it will only confirm that this Government has sunk lower than ever. The man is a creep, first class.

Gandalf <|:-)> .... Brilliant description of Mandelson. We must be a gullible lot to let these people in to positions of power.

  Bingalau 09:56 07 Jun 2009

Incidentally, Is it Mandelson or Mandleson? Not that it matters of course, but maybe we could change it to Mandolin? Don't suppose we will ever get much of a tune out of him though.
