The US has just removed Nelson Mandela from their terrorist list

No doubt they think that now he's ninety he's no longer a threat to them.

I've heard of paranoia but that's ridiculous!

I wonder if Gandhi would have made the top ten?

  Bingalau 22:05 29 Jun 2008

I can remember when Gandhi was the top one, never mind the top ten. Mind you his kind of fight was entirely different. I don't think he ever caused the death of anyone directly.

Never forget that one man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter.....

Yes, I seem to remember that a certain O BinLaden was America's friend not so long ago.

And there's me thinking that Bill Clinton had all that solved years ago.

So does anyone know if Nelson Mandela has ever been to the U.S.A. I can`t remember him ever being there.
It makes me wonder who of today's terrorists will be tomorrows freedom fighters and what and how long it will take.

Nelson Mandela last visited the US in 2005. The ANC being on the terrorist list meant he needed special permission to visit which of course he was granted

But they left him on the list!

When you think about, Jesus would probably be viewed as a terrorist if he was kicking about today.. our friends over the pond at least anyway.
