"In a scene reminiscent of the film "Jaws", home video taken at Seaside Park Beach in the US state of New Jersey shows a shark causing a furore by coming ashore briefly before turning away and returning to open seas."

At around 30 seconds you can clearly see a fishing rod, the way the rod is shaking up & down is due to the fisherman reeling in as fast as he/she can. It is reeled in up onto the beach & it appears the shark either unhooks itself or the line is cut, then it swims away from the beach.

"The beach was closed afterwards for a short time and nobody was hurt."

The shark was clearly not there intentionally, this isn't international news, it is someone fishing.

Beautiful shark, whatever reason it came nearly ashore glad it swam back into the sea safely and no-one hurt.
