I know it's a volatile and important area, particularly if they do turn out to have nukes, with plenty of oil, but haven't the BBC been a bit over the top with their coverage?

They seem to be giving it as much time (and on the spot reporters) as the US elections.

Hey up laurie53 Watch Press TV on satellite 515
Iranian NEWS there ain't any problems with the elections there.

There have been outside broad casts interviewing people from other Countries about the elections in Iran. All have said they are a wonderful thing and Democracy in action.

It is interventionists that are causing all the trouble in and outside Iran.

The Ambassadors of Switzerland and the Netherlands have been summoned by the Iranian Foreign ministry to protest at their bias reporting (Netherlands? Bias?) . Also France, Czech, Canada and Germany and Britain have also had their Ambassadors summoned because of their insulting comments.. They have condemned the British Premier for saying something insulting... About the protests.....

Oh I think the Canadians have been CONDEMNED for not stopping protest out side the Iranian embassy in Canada.

Iranian Protests? Outside Western Embassies? What could possibly go wrong?

That dang West!!

.

'Something else blah blah'.

to what is an important situation. What happens in Iran over the coming months might have far-reaching implications, not least for the country's relationships with the West.

"The BBC is giving coverage to what is an important situation."

Couldn't agree more, and long may they continue to do so, it's just the amount of coverage I am querying.

Last night it took up 15 minutes of a 30 minute bulletin, and didn't really say much that was new.
