so tea is now good for you hmm is that with milk and suger

A little bit of what you fancy does you good.
Moderation in everything will surely bennefit.
Best drink for the body would be water, from a spring without fluoride or any additives. Better still is boiled water, then cooled, so as to be as pure as possible.
Unfortunately you need some dirt ingested to the body so it can fight infections. Too much disinfectants are as bad as too little around the house.
Common sense prevails all the time.

Can you prove it's not?

tea has been good for you [full of antioxidents] if you have green or whiteleaf without sugar or milk.

excessive tea drinking may cause a build up of aluminium but you would have to drink jugs of it.

perhaps thats why old people who drink on the hour every hour get dementia from the aluminium.

It is a healthy way of consuming some of the two liters of water you need each day to keep your body in good condition.

It is easier and nicer to drink than plain water is what I should have said. Unless you prefer coffee of course.

  Þ² 07:34 25 Apr 2010

It put you off your 8 o'clock cuppa at 2100? lol

I enjoy tea several times a day and will continue to do so.
