Identification longshot/Talking Point Number 57

What a delightful old Eating House, I wonder if that is the proprietor H.G.Pearce standing proudly in the doorway?

I include the tariff from the, otherwise, blank back – and at those prices I shall treat fellow Touaregs, no,not the ‘Blue Men’ of the desert but ‘Those Of Us Actively Regenerating Existing Grey Cells’, to a slap-up dinner there, if we can still find the place and the prices haven't changed!
Ok, Ok so it is a poor excuse for a phonetic acronym, I made it up earlier ;o)
