Identification longshot/Talking Point Number 21

A lively little Sunday School Procession or maybe a May Day Parade, can anyone identify where or when?
Perhaps it could be dated from that motorcycle at the bottom right?

Anyone know somewhwer a costume maker and art depot had ajoining premises?

I couldn't possibly say *chuckles*

But the motorcycle you mentioned actually looks like a bike and sidecar, for what its worth.

I don't go particularily that far back but the picture reminds me of a Whitsuntide Walk (Whit Walks). I don't have a clue where, the name on the shop sunshade should jog someone's memory.
