  Brumas 21:33 30 Jul 2010

Good Evening All.
This is A GENUINE UNIDENTIFIED POSTCARD so I am as much in the dark as you lot are!
No clues on the bog standard printed back as it was unposted.

It's by a tidal area, probably a river, with quite a high rise and fall in tide and a castle area to the right. Now where is it?

Seen Jethro & the Wurzels there. Totally wrong, just an initial impression

Any clues on the back about the actual country. Is it definitely UK? The main buidling has an arabic look about it. The Abu Dhabi & Joan Club maybe?

Fran (my wife and resident postcard expert) confirms that it is an English speaking country and, as it is not in the style used by Canada and the USA, it is not likely to be either of these two countries. She feels pretty certain that it is the UK or it's dependants.

It almost looks like a temporary exhibition pavilion, built in the grounds of a castle.

  zzzz999 07:47 31 Jul 2010

that looks a powerful river with quite a run in it, which beggars the obvious is it somewhere on the Severn?

I have ruled out it being in Scotland to many lights on.
