Looks like Teignmouth, towards the harbour end.

I agree West Country, but somewhere on the north coast.

The scrawl on the back, Tre...... something inclines me towards Cornwall.

When I first saw it I thought Torbay area. Why wont it work has it correct - Teignmouth.

Was on holiday in Shaldon 2 yrs ago spent several evenings in the pub on the Ness and walked up and down the Teignmouth front a few times too. :0)
