My eye surgeon tells me that it wouldn't do any harm to up my intake of Lutein.

According to good old Wiki, in addition to boring stuff like spinach, turnip tops and dandelion leave, letein is also found in animal fats.

So now it's official - I must eat more butter, cream, mature cheddar, bacon, pork chops, pork pies, beef drippng etc.

Going to be a good summer!

Well done morddyd, now you have to do what the Doctor says.

After I had kidney stones the Consultant said that I should drink more beer, particularly in hot climates, I always take medical advice and the problem has not returned.

You can never beat the advice of experts, providing you do it in moderation?.

Are you not sure that your doctor actually told you to take more fluids?

My specialist also told me I was not drinking enough after 3 sessions of lithotripsy. He suggested water, the pub just adds the hops and barley to it.

...the mature cheddar (if consumed in the evening) may have caused the vivid dream experience a while back.( in conjuction with your medication ).
