I see we ranked number three again in the Top Ten websites 'News and Media - IT Media' award.

Congratulations to all concerned and here's hoping we make number uno soon! TC.

It's probably because of the excellent advice given in the Forums!

OK.....the editorial content then.

It's really because of our superb forum members, who give freely of their time to share their expertise with others.

It may also have something to do with the fact that it is one of the nicest fora on the internet. No flamings and trolls, no 10-page back and forth arguments that go nowhere, no swearing, and so on.

A tight ship feels less choppy.

"A tight ship feels less choppy."

So does one with a big bottom. But I'm not entirely sure where I'm going with this though...

  TopCat® 22:44 16 Feb 2008

Not necessarily true, WTM, as a LST- landing ship, tank - has a big, broad bottom and that's a heller in choppy/rough waters. :o) TC.

Sorry, should have said B----I-----G!!

My wife says you're sailing into very dangerous waters with your big bottom analogy.

"no 10-page back and forth arguments that go nowhere,"

Unless, of course, it deals with a certain supplier!

However, even that one was well moderated and provided much entertainment!

"I see we ranked number three again in the Top Ten websites 'News and Media - IT Media' award".

So tell us who was number one+two then. They may be worth a visit.
