French translation

I've been given a Mandarinier bush from France, the information is in French and my school French leaves me pondering on the meanings of a couple words - "fonce" as in feuilles ovoidales vert fonce, and "murissant" as in murissant en hiver. Babelfish translation doesn't help. I expect many of you are more at home with French than I am. Thanks.

Any colour followed by "fonce" is dark.
ie. "vert fonce" is dark green.
Murir is the verb to ripen, so maybe any fruit on the bush will become ripe in wintertime.
Hope this helps ?
