From what I read on the BBC web site, the service isn't available until July even though it was launched with a fan-fare yesterday.

"From July, the company's TalkTalk phone service will offer subscribers a broadband internet connection with unlimited local, national and international calls to 28 countries."

Which gives the competition plenty of time to respond.

You never know, we may finish up getting paid for using it!

There aint no such thing as a free lunch !!!!!

Someone has got to pay.

I've just checked on their own web-site and it gives an estimated change over date end of May for my particular phone line if I apply now.

You will get a letter with your username password and your actual go live date 10 days befor the go live date.

I may be mistaken but I believe the disconnection fee
is £70, I wonder how many people will be disputing that if the service ends up being overloaded?

It's got to be good news, it will make all the others look at thier prices if there's a big take up.
