Now the rule has been removed, the teams may tacitly agree not to use team orders as much as possible, while article 151.c, which refers to bringing the sport into disrepute, remains intact.

Being a team sport, what's the problem with deciding which member crosses the line first. It's a tactic that's been done since motor racing began.

Fair point, but why then have a drivers championship?

It had to happen, the team orders rule was impossible to enforce. I wonder if the backroom agreements between the teams (FOTA) will also now be completely disregarded....as they were last season!

Drivers this season - obviously against the rules - were still driving under team orders
