Download a video from YouTube?

I'm asked by a friend if this is possible. I know you can email a link, but to download to your hard drive? Assuming this doesn't infringe any copyright regulations?

Once you have the video running copy the URL and then paste in to click here

That's very strange. I have just tried it again.

I am looking at the Golf Playing Parrot.

Once it is running I highlight the address and copy. Then open another browser window and go to click here

Now copy the URL in to the address bar and press Start. Then follow the prompts.

Easier wat to do it is to use Firefox and install this extension click here
I use Media Player Classic to play all my media files click here It's part of the Megacodec pack.
