Does anyone recognise this?

I have googled (obviously), DuckDuckGo'd, used my brain and failed to find any reference to this site, except when you try to use the url, you get a 404 message.

The reason it annoys me is that it keeps nagging me to update Java, which is fine and updated properly. I am running FF, W7 ns W8.1, (2 machines)AVG, Malware Bytes and all the MS gizmos and can't kill it. I have just killed its cookies, so it might go away now.

I have just put "who is" in a Google search and it came up with many answers.

Apparently its contains adware, fake java updates and a few other nasties, and its recommended not to try to use that website?.

Perhaps I should have also mentioned. If you put "DuckDuckGo'd" also in a Google search, there is some further information regarding that website also available.
