Parse que nous sommes en Angleterre.

"Why are there no French programs over here"

because most people 'over here' speak English and wouldn't understand French
(or too lazy to learn another language)

the same with Scottish programs I guess (Taggart excepted)

J'ai mis une fois en voyage de jour, mais n'ai pas aimé les toilettes publiques mais le fromage était bon.

Has anyone actually seen French TV? (apart from me).
It's absolutely dire.
Endless discussion programmes a la Question Time which invariably include men over 50 and 20 year old eye candy.

Did Latin and Greek in school.

Those programmes seem to be thin on the ground too.

When I first joined up , our group adopted the motto "Nihil sed excretum tauri". I think ashdav is saying that could apply to French TV
