BT Master socket

  denali 14:24 24 Apr 2008

Apologises If I am wrong but had no idea which forum to post to. My son was fitting a new floor for me and completley demolished my master socket. Bt will charge me £99 to visit and £140 to rewire. All I need is a wiring diagram (Photo preferably) because I cannot believe it is that difficult. I have searched the web but cannot get a picture. At present I am phoneless. Any help will be gratefully received.

for an hour, to do a not so dissimilar job, so long as I could fit in with his schedule.

I already had a couple of other jobs, on my Mains supply that needed doing, so I told him to go ahead.

His man dropped in on the way back from a job, a couple of weeks back, and did the lot with time to spare
