Fallen on his sword. Bet Wossy won't.

I might get someone worth listening to on Saturday night radio now.

I've never managed more than 10 minutes before his puerile banalities totally get up my nose.

If ever anyone wondered if the BBC was dumbing down, then 10 minutes of listening to this imbecile is enough to prove the point.

Seems like this has hit a sore spot with most people on here, as this is probably the billionth thread on the subject.

bit worrying in a way isnt it?

i for one refuse to contribute to this...

  newman35 07:52 30 Oct 2008

Surely allowing 4 threads on precisely the same subject, at the same time, (Brand/Ross) is contrary to your usual moderation of the Forum.
Particularly when the first thread was your own!

  newman35 08:08 30 Oct 2008

Apologies - it's FIVE threads on same topic.
Should have maybe started a sixth to ask why!

Is this topic THAT important, or are members of this forun the new "disgusted, Tonbridge Wells"?

Even so, 5 threads?

  Quickbeam 08:18 30 Oct 2008

I think everyones taken up the challenge to have all the threads at the top of the list...

  newman35 08:36 30 Oct 2008

Yes, but what a shambles - impossible to follow (or ignore!!).

  GRIDD 08:53 30 Oct 2008

I've lost interest in it and from what I've read in the papers so has Mr Sachs.

I don't even care about the BBCs standards... I never watch it, or listen, and begrduge paying the TV license.

Ross's arrogance has brought this on himself. If it had been Brand on his own I think this wouldn't have escalated so far.

This thread is now locked and can not be replied to.
