Just heard on Channel4 news that the IMF are meeting this weekend to finalise punative measures against the world banks. No link available as yet. TC.
The BBC has the details. TC. click here
Oink Oink. There goes another flying pig.
At the end of the day it will be the end user (you and me) who ends up paying that tax. It will just get passed on by the banks.
I think the Banks can make life difficult for the IMF if they have a mind to.
They're not punitive measures at all.Just insurance, like ABTA deposits, and the costs will not be borne by the banks' shareholders and executives, you may be sure of that.
Well, it won't come out of the interest on my savings, I'm not getting any.
as already suggested I have my doubts about it and agree with all of the above posts. The capitalist system is very strong and it will take much more than this to sort out the big banks.Never mind come the revolution and all that!
