Funny enough, the local postman and myself were talking this morning about strike action and the statement of 30.000 new posties being recruited.

Then we remembered when untrained 'casuals' who were doing rounds unsupervised, and leaving letters etc at the wrong addresses and locations, with the end results, that some people had to redelivery mail to their neighbours, area district or return same to post boxes.
