I wouldn't puzzle too long.

It won't be on the market for years, and it won't be used in PCs.

Seeing as there isn't a great deal of software that can use 2 CPUs, and programmers are finding it very difficult to program for 4 cores I don't think 80 cores will be used outside of enterprise databases or climate simulation.

The interesting point with this CPU is that it uses 65 watts and runs at around a Teraflop, the first supercomputer to manage a teraflop (only 11 years ago) chewed through around 1/2 a megawatt.
