Zonealarm and Windows Firewall

Do these to have the exact same level of protection? Read the zonealarm free part here click here

All it protects is programs and so does windows firewall.

No. Zone Alarm does outgoing and inward protection unlike Windows.

Window firewall only protects you against incoming probes, it doesn't protect you against outgoing information from your PC.

ZA protects against both.

as anskyber states, the windows firewall will not stop any program on your system, from connecting to the internet, and will only stop incoming traffic.
