yransferring emails over different ISP Accounts

My dad has 100's of emails on btinternet (through MS Outlook)- we have transferred to Tiscali- which i belive we can also set up through MS Outlook.

Is there anyway to transfer all of those 100s of mails to the new tiscali inbox? other than forwarding...!

You can backup all of MS Outlook using this handy add in.click here
However I don't think you can put them into a Tiscali in box, why would you want to?

Yes - you drag and drop them between any folders.

But won't Outlook put all incoming mails into the same inbox anyway (at least as an option)? - that's what I recollect.

But why bother?

because we have lots of folders set up in outlook from the btinternet address.
are you saying that the folders wont be affected?

Just set up separate folder/Rule for the Tiscali account.

Ho do i do that please?

You don't need to do anything other than set up the Tiscali account in Outlook - as DieSse says the same folders will be used as previously, but the newer messages will be coming into your Inbox via Tiscali rather that BT. If you want then to be stored separately then you will have to create new folders, and use message rules to put them into Inbox No 2.
