Yahoo says browser not accepting cookies. Help.

Hi.

My problem is this. Recently I tried to join a Yahoo group and was told that my browser was not accepting cookies from Yahoo.

My privacy settings are Accept for first party cookies and Prompt for third party cookies. So why does Yahoo say I'm not accepting cookies from them? The only thing I can think of is that at some time I have been asked if I will accept a cookie from Yahoo, have ticked the apply to all cookies from this site box and have ticked the refuse box.

If so, what do I do? I am a bit surprised that a cookie from Yahoo would be a third party cookie.

Is there any way of reviewing what sites I have permanently blocked cookies from and changing this if necessary?

Best, PeterD

Go to Tools/Internet Options/Privacy/ click on Sites/ type the Yahoo URL (address) and click Allow - and OK.
