Chrissy R, does what is happening bother you that much?

If it does then have separate login and passwords

Its not clear if you have downloaded Yahoo Messenger.

BT yahoo mail and yahoo messenger, are 2 seperate applications, but you can sign in with the same Log In details.

Yahoo mail is Web based and can be accessed anywhere, to use yahoo messnger you must download and install it, then launch from your PC.
