Hi all,
The problem i have is i would like to have both XP and Vista on my laptop.
The laptop in question is a HP Pavilion dv9000

Intel Centrino duo T5600
2 GB ram
2 x 120GB HDD
Vista home premium.

When i try to install XP on to the lappy it says that there are no hard drives so it cannot go any further with the instalation but i know there are 2 hard drives in it.

Any ideas how to get round this one please?

Any further info required please ask and i will do my best to get back to you A.S.A.P.

Thanks for the prompt response recap but the link you gave shows how to install it on the same drive and i would like (if possible) to install it on my second drive, do you think this will work or is the option i have to install it on to the same drive?

Sorry for the confusion as i forgot to put it into my earlier post that i want it on the second drive.
