Just download or use the CD if you can get one and install SP2, you PC is vunerable unless you have all the updates.

Why don't you pull all your data off and do a fresh install with both service packs?

sp1 is included in sp2

As Fruit Bat /\0/\ has said install SP2 which has everything SP1 has and a lot more so you will get what you want from SP1 and all of the security updates from SP2!

Yes you can install SP2 without SP1.
Your folders and programs will remain intact but you should keep a back up of these anyway.
