When logging onto Windows XP the error message ' ERROR LOADING C:\WINDOWS\bs3.dll - The specified module could not be found' always pops up. I have tried to correct this by doing a repair re-intall of XP but this didn't work the error message still appears. Any ideas on how to fix this problem please? Thanks

It's associated with spyware.

It seems the dll itself has been deleted by your anti-virus or spyware scanner, but a call to it remains in the registry.

The easy option is:

Start> Run> in the box type msconfig and select the Startup tab.

Untick the reference to bs3.dll.
