Can't help you Paul, you still need to sort your link out.
I've tried copy/paste and the last attempt was by typing it out myself. The ; seems to be causing a problem and I'm not sure what to do to correct it.

This problem occurs because the driver for the USB Universal Reader from Lexar Media, Inc is not compatible with Windows XP.
To resolve this problem, obtain and install the latest driver from Lexar Media, Inc.
Lexar Media, Inc. has confirmed that this problem occurs when you use a version of their Sausb.sys driver with Windows XP that is earlier than version 4.6.

Managed to make it work :-) Looks like you have a usb universal reader made by Lexar Media, inc and you need to go to their website and download the latest driver. It also appears you need to make sure the file Sausb.sys is version 4.6 or later. Hope this helps. Your link is this:- click here;en-us;817197&Product=winxp

Strange link. Thanks for looking.
What was throwing me off the scent was the 3 links to various companies. I'll search for the sites and files and see where that takes me.
