Would you like a guide to Forum use and etiquette?

The latest version of my guide to using the forum is available as a Word or PDF file; if you would like a copy just click on the 'Contact the Forum Editor" link at top left of the page and send me a one line message "Please send forum guide" stating whether you want a Word .doc or a .pdf file. (or both).

This thread replaces an earlier version which had grown to 5 pages in length. My thanks to those of you who kept it alive by refreshing every few days - thanks largely to your efforts I have sent out more copies of the guide than I care to count.

May I suggest that (a) you carry on this campaign and (b) you arrange to send every new person on the forum your guide to forum etiquette when they sign on. It`s good to see it being bumped regularly but unfortunately takers are few

Sorry about my wording, I meant to put `educative` between `this` and `campaign`, awfully sorry.: - )

If common sense was used there would be no need for the above. But some do need teaching how to suck eggs
