Worried about name in DHCP Client List

I have just viewed the client list and it shows my network name and another name which I do not know in my area should I be worried ?

This other name is 1 last digit out on the IP address.
My security is WPA-PSK

Can someone also please tell me if WPA-PSK is the same as personal WPA ?

Finally in Device Manager Win XP Home under Network adapter clicking on the properties shows a pane window then click on Advanced shows with a list of different items each item seems to have a different setting associated with it.
Any pointers to where I could find a list of what all these item are about.

Thanks

The DHCP client list will show the IP addresses that have been allocated to connected computers, not networks. How many computers do you have connected to the router?

but tried a USB adapater with another machine then removed it. Would it possibly be that one ?

It could be. Try restarting the router (or refreshing the list).

Mine sometimes shows connected devices which have been disconnected for a while.
