can anyone help please? i am making a list in microsoft word but some off its in red text and some in blue.
i have tried to change it to black but nothing happens, what am i doing wrong

do you highlight it all then go to your font pallet and click auto

Make sure that Track Changes isn't on - Tools > Track Changes.

could you be a bit more precice please as i am a novice with word i highlighted as jolona said but nothing happend and how do you turn track changes off

edit / scroll down to select all, so all the text is highlighted, then click font color which has A symbol click on the litle triangle next to the A and select auto
