Word 2003 'stuck' on Welsh

My neighbours each have an account on their large laptop - 'his' and 'hers'.
In Word 2003 his use of it shows the dictionary as English (UK) - correct.
In her use of Word it shows as 'Welsh'. We've tried resetting all sorts of defaults in 'her' account for Word 2003, and even explored Word 2003 via 'his' account but the default immediately changes back to 'Welsh' as soon as she logs on to 'her' account. Any ideas as to why Word 2003 loves Welsh so much and how to cure it of this problem ?

This is not a problem, did you not know Welsh is the language of Heaven?

Office often loves to default to the language used in the USA (it has some similarities to correct English...**cough cough**).

It is true that you can try many settings and get horribly confused when it fails to obey you, but one easy thought: what is the default language for “her” entire account i.e.: Control Panel/Regional and Language Options/Regional Options???

Worth a look.
