Word 2002 - command button

  LeedsLass 13:06 18 Feb 2009

I have created a form in Word 2002 with a table in it. I have created fields for people to enter the information, and drop down fields, etc. and then locked the form.

However, people may need to add extra lines to the table (different people may need varying amounts of extra rows anything from 1 - 100 so I don't want to put the rows in myself and have laods of pages of rows that some people may not use).

I figured there is a way of putting a "command button" which would create an extra row each time it is clicked.

However, I can't get it to create an extra row even though it looks like it is there (ie. you can see the button but nothing happens when you click it).

Any ideas?

Also, need it to duplicate the row above (ie. the same fields and drop down options) rather than just insert a "blank" row.

Help greatfully received....
