Thought I had this one cracked with help from this forum but problem has reappeared. When I start up my PC the wireless newtork does not start. I have view wirless network and check Use Windowto configure my wirless network settings. Everything works fine once this is done. I am using a D-Link DWL-G122 AirPlus. Any clues about what needs doing?

LouJ,

Do you have other software which is trying to configure the wireless adapter?

Felix

D-Link driver seems to be installed with some other software (I think) - you cannot just install the driver. However I don't seem to be able to get at the software to see or alter any settings

Some device drivers get listed in "Change or Remove Programs" - ATI card drivers for example - so don't confuse that for software.

LouJ,

Look in C:\Program Files for a folder named Netgear.

Also look in Start - All Programs
