ive purchased a logitech wireless mouse the MX610 my vaio is wireless can i do away with usb adapter it's gonna snap off eventually anyway

No the mouse willnot work without the reciever (adapter) due to the frequency it uses

It's not wireless in that sense. If your laptop has a Bluetooth receiver, you could have opted for a Bluetooth mouse.

oh i've never seen any bluetooth mice about,but i got this 10 button logy for £24.99 reduced for a short time from £44.99 so i doubt i'd of got a bluey for cheap,while were on the blue tooth know where to get a best price hp bt300 blue tooth adapter for my hp all in one or could u recommend a comparison site maybe thanks
