Wireless Router and Router/Modem ???

Hi. Some days ago I bought from E-buyer a wireless Lynks router for £42. But I discovered I can't connect this router to any of my 2 modems (they are USB). Then I found out there is another router with modem incorporated that is about £26 more expensive. What could be the best solucion: Buy another modem 2) Try to change this router for the other one or there is another way to solve this problem?

You can still use this router to set up a network but it will mean that your PC connected to the Modem will have to be on for other PCs on your network to connect to the internet. The easiest solution if you dont want this setup is to buy an ethernet modem.

sometime it called one port router

it is better to get all in one solution, but if you cannot return the stuff you got, just any another modem.
