Wireless router and Ethernet cable

My children just got 2 laptops wireless ready, I'm going to purchase Netgear Wireless ADSL G DG834PN from talktalk, my question is can I connect my Dreambox receiver with an Ethernet cable to this router ?without having the headache of setting the wireless network? I have no problem with connecting my box to wired router.

Yes wireless routers have standard ethernet sockets too. 4 on the Netgear you're getting.

IC that means you can connect a wireless router as a wireless and wired router at the same time?

Yes..My main desktop is wired to the router ( Netgear) but I have 2 other laptops that connect to the router from elsewhere in the house wirelessly.
