hello everyone, i think i read somewhere that one can boost the range of the wireless router bu connecting another wireless router to it, is that fact or fiction. i know there are range boosters on the market but many do not work if wep security is enabled on the router, and i have a spare wireless router wanted to know if i can use that, thanks fo any comments

not a clue really but you can connect 2 routers together and if the 2nd. one has wireless and is closer to the pc/laptop then I cannot see why it would not work. I suspect you would have to connect the 2 routers by cable and just have the 2nd. set up for wireless.
