Wireless Network setup

Just changed over to Sky broadband and have now set up a wireless network. This was pretty painless - plugged in the USB wireless adapter, it picked up the connection with full signal, encryption set and can access the Internet fine. However, I can't access the 2nd PC or the printer that I had on the cabled network before. The way it's set up is the old BT router is connected to the DSL line (the Sky one kept dropping the connection) and the Sky router is plugged into the BT router via an Ethernet cable and serves as a wireless access point. I changed the IP address of the Sky router so all the devices are in the 192.168.1 range. The BT router is 192.168.1.1, 2nd PC is 192.168.1.2, Sky router is 192.168.1.4 and my PC is now 192.168.1.5 (it used to be 192.168.1.3 when I used the cable). Is there anything else I need to set up to get both PCs to communicate over the network and share it's files & printer?

It's ok I done it now - I set my computer's IP address as 192.168.1.3 and it picked up the 2nd machine and worked just as it did before.
