I am looking to turn my home wireless, I would like to connect 1 desktop 1 laptop a Wii and also run wireless speakers connected to a media centre is this possible and what difficulties would I encounter also what equipment would be best to use?

Yes, if you are willing to spend a lot of time & money

For the Computers you would need a Wireless Router connected to the broadband line
