I Am Using A Wireless Modem/Router And Get A Good Connection Downstairs But A Poor Connection Upstairs.Am Using An Ethernet Cable To Connect Computer Upstairs But My Son Has Now Got A Laptop And I Was Wondering If I Could Connect A Router To The Ethernet Cable Upstairs To Make A Stronger Wireless Signal

Would not recommend installing a second router

Your best option is to connect a 5 port network switch to the Ethernet cable and install a

Wireless Access Point to the switch
